That's a Wrap on Wreaths and Wraps!
Wow! What a fantastic multi-generational event, with over 125 people sharing the spirit of the season and creating 56 wreaths for our “Advent at Home.” Your enthusiasm and creativity filled our parish with joy!
The Sunday before Advent, folks gathered to make wreaths and experience parish-wide community around a simple meal. Friends and families across generations crafted wreaths to fill their homes with the true meaning of Christmas. We also had wreath-making crafts for kids, and wreaths with flameless candles for those who can’t have open flames in their homes. Food, fun, and fellowship was enjoyed by all!
Special thanks to our huge group of volunteers who made this brand new event a smashing success! To the Vestry, Strengthening Parish Ministry, Children's Ministry, Youth Ministry, InReach Ministry, and Pastor Nancy for their collaborative support. A special shout-out to these individuals for their time and talent spent ordering supplies, food prep and purchasing, working the event, Saturday set-up, and Sunday clean-up:
