New App & Member Account Portal

Our St. Barnabas App

We are excited to launch our App as a new way for members to encourage connect with each other and St. Barnabas beyond Sunday morning. Available on both the App Store and Google Play, we've combined familiar favorites like Ministry Matters, new features such as Group chats, and all of our social media into one easy to use App for our members. We look forward to connecting with you - See you on the App!

How to Get Connected

Get the App

  1. Download the App

  2. Change your App icon to the St. Barnabas logo

Sign Up

  1. Click on the three parallel lines in the top left.

  2. Click Sign Up

  3. Enter email address and password. Passwords must include upper and lowercase letters, a number and a symbol. Use the same password for your Member Account.

  4. Click Sign In

Join a Group

  1. Click Groups at the bottom of the App screen

  2. Request to join groups. Administrators will accept your request ASAP.

Member Account Portal

St. Barnabas is ALSO excited to launch a new online Member Account Portal that is tied to our Church Management System, used by staff to support so much of our work and to help us stay connected with you.

There are many features coming soon that rely on your Member Account and Profile, including an online member directory, centralized volunteer signups, and simplified event registration. We hope you will update your Member Profile by logging into your new Member Account today.

You will need to create an easily remembered username and password for your Member

Account. If you already have an online Giving/ St B. App Account (, you may want to use the same credentials for both accounts.

On Sunday, February 5 members of St. Barnabas should have received an email with instructions on how to log in to their Member Account. If you did not receive an email entitled Access your new St. Barnabas Member Account, please email to get set up.

After you login into your Member Account, please:

  1. Update Member Profile by clicking Profile in the dropdown menu in upper right corner

  2. Check your contact information

  3. Add details that help us support you, including contact preferences, faith journey, allergies (this information is used by staff only).

  4. Add a Profile Photo for our online directory

  5. Spouses can update their partner's information

  6. Children do not need their own Member Account username and password, but parents should update their child/ren's profile by clicking Family in your profile.
